Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated, a global leader in storage and information management, seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. You will turn complex data into actionable stories that drive our growth strategy across the full buyer journey.

You’ll design dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau, write SQL and Python, and collaborate with marketing leaders to optimize ROI, attribution, and conversion velocity across Demand Gen and ABM programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Looker Studio or Tableau), CRM (Salesforce), and Marketo.
• Experience managing multi-touch attribution platforms (CaliberMind, Bizible) and integrating 1st- and 3rd-party data sources.
• Deep mastery of core B2B metrics including MQL, SQL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion velocity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze full-funnel buyer journeys and cross-channel performance to optimize ROI across Demand Gen and ABM programs.
• Architect, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau to tell leadership-clear stories.
• Write clean SQL queries and Python scripts to integrate data across Salesforce, Marketo, attribution engines, and web analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders to conduct variance and root-cause analyses and provide proactive recommendations.
• Design, evaluate, and report on A/B and multivariate tests to refine targeting and improve web conversions.
