My Remote Hire is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for new customers across the Midwest and Mountain West. This fully remote role emphasizes rapid response, lead qualification, and CRM management.

You will respond to leads via phone, text, email, and website forms, qualify prospects, guide homeowners through measurements and photo submissions, and maintain clean CRM records with timely handoffs.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, appointment setting, dispatch, or inside sales.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to new leads via phone, text, email, website forms, and Facebook inquiries.
• Qualify prospects and gather key project details.
• Guide homeowners through measurements and photo submissions.
• Follow up consistently on incomplete files until they are ready for quoting.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and provide clean handoffs to the Office Manager.
• Re-engage older leads to generate new opportunities.
