Langford Staffing is seeking experienced outbound calling professionals to qualify consumers and coordinate live transfers to licensed representatives. This is a performance-driven, full-time remote role.

You will follow campaign scripts, ask targeted questions, document dispositions, and ensure a smooth handoff to the receiving agent while meeting aggressive transfer targets. Candidates should have 3+ years of high-volume outbound experience, dialer proficiency, and strong CRM discipline.

Competenze

• Three or more years of recent high-volume outbound calling experience.
• Experience qualifying leads and completing warm or live transfers.
• A history of achieving measurable call, qualification or transfer targets.
• Experience using outbound dialers and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Typing at least 35 net words per minute with high accuracy.
• Verifiable employment history and professional references.
• Availability to work the assigned full-time campaign schedule.
