You will not provide licensed advice. Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, obtaining consent, and completing warm live transfers, while maintaining professionalism under pressure across EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of recent high-volume outbound calling experience.
• Experience qualifying leads and completing warm or live transfers.
• History of achieving measurable call, qualification or transfer targets.
• Experience using multiple outbound dialers and contact center tools.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumer leads using an outbound dialer.
• Follow campaign scripts and compliance requirements.
• Ask focused questions to determine campaign eligibility.
• Explain the reason for the call professionally.
• Handle objections and difficult conversations.
• Obtain permission and complete warm live transfers.
• Remain on calls until handoffs are accepted.
• Record notes, dispositions and follow-up requirements.
• Handle transfers and callbacks per procedures.
• Incorporate coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Work across multiple consumer-service campaigns.
