INGEPSY is seeking an experienced Collections Officer to manage delinquent accounts for U.S.-based customers. This fully remote role is open to LATAM-based candidates.

You will make outbound calls, send emails, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining accurate records and pursuing daily and weekly targets and KPIs.

Strong English communication, persistence, and professionalism are essential to succeed in this high-volume environment.

Formación

• Several years of hands-on experience in a dedicated collections role.
• Experience handling U.S. customers/accounts preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent/overdue accounts.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle customer objections and payment delays professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up consistently on payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate records and next steps.
• Work toward daily and weekly collections targets and KPIs.
