Resolv Global is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for our remote team in Mexico and Colombia. This role targets professionals with third-party collections experience, strong English communication, and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with FDCPA.

Formación

• Previous BPO collections experience is required.
• Third-party collections experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Fluent Spanish communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance targets.
• Remote/work-from-home experience preferred.
• Must be permanently based in Mexico or Colombia.
• Must meet all technical requirements listed above.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally and efficiently.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers.
• Accurately document all account interactions and updates.
• Ensure full compliance with FDCPA and collections regulations.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain professionalism and composure during challenging conversations.
