Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to lead the replatforming and modernization of an internal CMS used by editors, publishers, and producers across web and mobile. The role is remote in LATAM for an initial 12-month contract with potential extensions, partnering with editors, designers, and engineers to streamline workflows and accelerate publishing.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to product design/UX.
• Experience replatforming, modernizing, or rebuilding a software platform.
• Experience owning complex, workflow-heavy products.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and user workflows, with experience simplifying inefficient processes.
• Experience working with APIs, data models, permissions, integrations, and backend constraints.
• Hands-on prototyping before engineering development.
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping/product development, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Figma Make.
• Experience conducting user discovery and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Own initiatives from problem definition through launch and measurement.
• Collaborate with editors, producers, operations, designers, and engineers to define improvements.
• Design end-to-end publishing workflows to reduce friction and speed publishing.
• Create prototypes using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas before development.
• Ensure solutions are technically feasible within existing APIs and data models.
