Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to work for an end client remotely in LATAM. This position is an AOR 12-month contract with potential extensions. This person will be replatforming and modernizing their proprietary Content Management System (CMS) that is used internally by editors, publishers, producers, and other operational teams to create and publish content across web and mobile experiences.On a day-to-day basis, this Product Manager will work directly with end users to understand how content is currently created, managed, and published, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the overall user experience. They will partner closely with editors, producers, operations teams, designers, and engineers to define product improvements, shape and prioritize product initiatives, and design end-to-end publishing workflows that reduce friction and increase speed-to-publish. This individual will create prototypes using AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make to validate ideas before development begins, gather feedback through user discovery and usability testing, and collaborate with engineering to ensure solutions are technically feasible within existing APIs, data models, and platform constraints. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product builder who can own initiatives from problem definition through launch and measurement while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical requirements in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to product design/UX
• Hands-on experience replatforming, modernizing, or rebuilding a software platform
• Experience owning complex, workflow-heavy products
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and user workflows, with experience simplifying inefficient processes
• Experience working with APIs, data models, permissions, integrations, and backend constraints
• Experience defining product requirements, user interactions, error states, edge cases, and workflows
• Hands-on experience prototyping product concepts and workflows before engineering development
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping/product development, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Figma Make, or similar
• Experience conducting user discovery and validation to inform product decisions
• Experience partnering closely with engineering from concept through production
• Experience defining success metrics, evaluating outcomes, and determining future iterations
• Ability to work autonomously and own initiatives from problem definition through launch
• Previous Product Design or UX/UI experience
• Experience with a CMS, publishing platform, or internal content tool
• Experience within media, sports, entertainment, or digital publishing
• Experience building AI-enabled product features or workflows
• Experience with products supporting web and mobile experiences
