Félix is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Geo to drive expansion into new LatAm markets and optimize the end-to-end user experience for growth beyond current borders.

You will own market-specific roadmap, lead cross-functional squads, and balance local nuances with global scalability, delivering a magical experience across regions with data-driven decisions and collaboration with engineering, design, data, and operations.

Qualifications

• Strategic ability to allocate resources across markets.
• Proven product strategy and roadmapping experience.
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization).
• Market research expertise and cultural fluency for LatAm.
• Ability to lead Eng, Design, Data and Ops without formal authority.
• Deep knowledge of LatAm fintech or payments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership storytelling.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a market expansion roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Eng, Design, Data) to ship features.
• Own funnels and North Star metrics for new markets.
• Run data-driven experiments and iterate on market-specific features.
