BairesDev, a global tech company, is seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our fully remote team. You will assist in coordinating training programs, design learning materials, and support LMS administration while contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

You'll work with experienced professionals across the organization, gaining exposure to global training initiatives, analytics, and program evaluation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field or current student.
• Strong interest in training and development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable with digital learning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating training programs and learning initiatives.
• Support design and development of learning materials and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the LMS and keep content organized.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact.
