Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or related field.
• Proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs and learning materials.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline).
• Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and impact.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop instructional materials and training curricula from the ground up.
• Use e-learning authoring tools to create interactive digital learning experiences.

As an Instructional Designer, you will spearhead the creation and delivery of impactful training programs tailored for diverse learning needs. You will transform complex information into engaging educational content, ensuring that every learning initiative drives measurable performance improvements across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Architect and develop comprehensive instructional materials and training curricula from the ground up.
• Leverage e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and immersive digital learning experiences.
• Manage and optimize LMS platforms to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of educational content.
• Establish robust metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on data‑driven insights.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical requirements into accessible and effective learning journeys.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or a related educational field.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs and learning materials.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline.
• Hands-on experience in measuring training effectiveness and educational impact.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
