• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or e-learning development.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs using LMS platforms.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline.
• Hands-on experience with training effectiveness measurement and instructional strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials and e-learning modules tailored to specific learning objectives.
• Manage and optimize the deployment of educational content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Utilize advanced authoring tools to create interactive and visually compelling digital learning assets.
• Establish key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructional strategies.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and define desired learning outcomes.
• Continuously refine educational content based on user feedback and emerging pedagogical trends.

Learning Designer at BairesDev

As a Learning Designer, you will craft and deliver impactful training programs to drive organizational growth. You will transform complex information into engaging educational experiences, ensuring that learning initiatives are both effective and measurable across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials and e-learning modules tailored to specific learning objectives.
