Job summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Systems Technician (Level 2) to deliver reliable second-level technical support, network administration, and infrastructure management across our portfolio. This role contributes to a 12-month onboarding initiative and serves as an escalation point for issues in multi-OS environments.

You will manage Windows Server, AD, GPO, and security configurations, apply patches, and maintain SOPs and documentation. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Level 2 IT support or systems administration.
• Windows 10/11 and macOS support; Linux is a plus.
• Active Directory management, GPO, user provisioning.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM ticketing (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice).
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage AD, GPO, server infrastructure, and security configurations.
• Handle end-to-end tickets with SLA compliance in the help desk system.
• Collaborate on onboarding sprints and infrastructure setup across portfolios.
