BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You will bridge Client Services/Sales with the Talent Acquisition team, manage end-to-end vetting, write summaries, and present candidates to clients with time-to-market in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following parameters.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
