Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates to staff ongoing IT opportunities. You will act as a key link between Client Services, Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, managing the end-to-end vetting process and presenting candidates to clients.

The role requires strong analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset with excellent English.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.
• Nice to have: previous IT industry knowledge or technical background.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
