BairesDev is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead staffing of openings with a focus on detailed candidate profiling and collaboration across teams. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, multi-account coordination, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical ability with extreme attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English level.
• At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
• Presenting candidates to various clients and leads.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services areas to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.
• Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.
