Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to strategically analyze our pool of pre-vetted candidates and staff ongoing IT opportunities. You will serve as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, managing the end-to-end vetting process from the client side, and staffing open positions while ensuring both time-to-market and revenue optimization are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present candidates effectively.
• Analytical, adaptable, and process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
