• Screening resumes and conducting initial screening calls.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes from posting to interviewing.
• Build a candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and feedback with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine search strategies.
