Supportwave is seeking a Senior L2 Project Engineer for a 12-month contract. This fully remote, global, full-time role focuses on client onboarding and technical project delivery within a managed IT services environment.

You will configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, implement DNS/DKIM/SPF records for email security, and use ConnectWise and ITGlue for ticketing, project tracking and documentation. English fluency is required for effective client communication.

Formación

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace required.
DNS/DKIM/SPF configuration experience required.
Technical project delivery and client onboarding experience.
Experience with ConnectWise for ticketing/project tracking.
Experience with ITGlue for documentation/asset management.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical project delivery and client onboarding from initiation to completion.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.
Implement and maintain DNS, DKIM, and SPF records for deliverability.
Utilize ConnectWise for ticketing and project tracking; document in ITGlue.
Maintain accurate documentation and asset management.
Communicate effectively in English with clients and teams.
