Amwell is seeking a Senior IT Systems Support Specialist to maintain and optimize the corporate IT stack, including Windows/macOS devices, 365 services, and security baselines. You will handle deployments, incident resolution, and project work to keep IT operations smooth for a large user base.

In this role you will mentor junior colleagues, manage escalation paths, and participate in after-hours support rotation. Strong English communication and independent work style are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.
• Scripting with PowerShell and automation.
• Knowledge of MFA, SSO, and Azure AD/MEntra ID security concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Windows and macOS devices, applications, deployment profiles, policies, and patches.
• Support the IT Help Desk for 1,000+ end users.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, Microsoft 365, account, authentication, network, and app issues.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and permissions; handle Entra ID accounts.
• Support Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, calendars.
