Job summary

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking an IT M&A Integration Systems Engineer for a remote LATAM role. You will provide hands-on endpoint and application support during M&A integrations, handling unfamiliar software used by acquired businesses, with minimal onboarding.

You will independently support operations and project activities, assist with migrations, and contribute to smooth integrations across Windows endpoints and services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT professional providing endpoint and application support during M&A integrations.
• Experience with two or more endpoint management, RMM, or remote support platforms; Microsoft Intune.
• Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MFA support, and remote troubleshooting.
• Application packaging, testing, deployment, installation, and removal; endpoint deployment, patching, and software distribution.
• PowerShell scripting and automation; troubleshooting Windows services, processes, local policies, registry, event logs, and file systems.
• DNS and DHCP fundamentals, network connectivity troubleshooting, and printer and print driver management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows workstations, servers, and applications; resolve deployment failures.
• Test and validate software packages, scripts, policies, and updates before production; verify deployment success.
• Resolve complex issues using root cause analysis; escalate when appropriate.
• Support software deployments, domain cutovers, computer migrations, and integration projects; coordinate tasks and report status.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, procedures, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Infrastructure and Application teams on initiatives.
