A regional technology services firm is seeking an Interim IT Operations Support Resource for a 3-month project to assist with a large-scale laptop deployment in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of IT support experience, proficiency in both English and Spanish, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include preparing laptops for deployment, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the IT team to meet project standards. This role requires travel within Latin America when necessary.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or hardware deployment roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale hardware rollouts.
• Experience collaborating with distributed IT teams in multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and basic software configuration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Ability to travel within Latin America when required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
