Qualifications

• Experience with application migration and/or integration across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Ability to document and analyse application workflows, dependencies, and processes, with the capacity to translate technical detail into clear business-facing communication.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications and familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior business leaders across complex programmes.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an application specialist or IT integration role.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage the application landscape for newly acquired entities.
• Define migration, integration, or sunset strategies aligned with the broader enterprise IT roadmap.
• Collaborate with GBS Standard Application teams to provide estimates, timelines, and roadmaps for migration programmes.
• Document application workflows, dependencies, and processes to support all stakeholders.
• Communicate the impact of migration activities on day-to-day business operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with acquiring and acquired teams across the spectrum of application ownership.
