Job summary

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking an OracleIT Lead to drive data conversion from legacy ERP systems into Oracle EBS for LATAM remote engagements. You will partner with PMO, business teams, and contractors to ensure accurate data migration across customers, vendors, items, and financial records.

The role requires strong Oracle module experience (AR/AP/GL/SCM) and proven project leadership; inbound interfaces and ERP conversion knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS modules (AR, AP, GL, SCM).
• Proven track record leading ERP data conversion projects.
• Experience with inbound interfacing and coordinating with PMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion from legacy ERP to Oracle R12.2 and coordinate with business teams.
• Manage IT Business Systems Analyst resource and oversee data workstreams.
• Partner with legacy personnel, third-party contractors, PMO and IT to drive project success.
• Establish and maintain routine, timely delivery of data extracts and reports to meet needs.
• Act as subject-matter expert on ERP data conversion and advise PMO/ stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership and ensure timely delivery of IT conversion activities.

Title: OracleIT Lead

OracleIT Lead

• Integration team needs an IT Lead to help convert acquired legacy company master data (Customers, Vendors, Items) and financial data (Open AP invoices, Open AR invoices, Item Demand history, Inventory on Hand, etc.) into Oracle R12.2
• Multiple conversions running concurrently, with multiple companies converting over the course of the year
• Acts as lead for the data workstream and conversion activities from legacy ERP to Oracle
• Partners with legacy company personnel, third-party contractors, the PMO, and business and IT associates to drive project success
• Manage an IT Business Systems Analyst resource
• Help establish and maintain routine, timely delivery of data extracts and reports to meet functional group needs
• Serve as subject-matter expert on the ERP data conversion process and advise the Project Manager and stakeholders
• Analyze, problem-solve, and recommend solutions to remove project roadblocks and minimize risk
• Oversee and guide IT conversion activities to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple functional groups
• Escalate project risks and issues to leadership
• Primary requirements: strong work experience in Oracle modules (AR, AP, GL, Supply Chain), experience with inbound interfacing, and experience leading projects
• Secondary requirement: ERP conversion experience is a plus
• Tech stack: Oracle EBS
