INSPYR Solutions is seeking an EntraID Support specialist for LATAM Remote engagement on a 1-month contract. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, MFA and authentication issues using Dialpad and Zoho ticketing, and routing more complex items to the client Service Desk.

You will assist users with MFA resets, Dayforce SSO access, and basic device enrollment guidance, while documenting each interaction and verifying identity according to CLIENT procedures.

Formación

• Handle inbound calls to resolve MFA and authentication issues.
• Navigate Dialpad and Zoho for ticketing and support routing.
• Escalate to client security team for out-of-scope issues.
