Kinship Ventures is seeking an Investment Analyst to support fundraising and investment work remotely for a worldwide team. You will draft LP updates, build market maps, conduct diligence, and write investment memos for investors and founders.

This is a contractor, full-time style role with a monthly salary of $4,000-$5,000 USD. You'll collaborate with a US-based team in a fast-paced environment where clear written communication is essential.

Formación

• 2–3 years in VC, investment banking, consulting, startup ops or strategy.
• Direct exposure to fundraising, investor relations or LP communications.
• Exceptional written English with credibility on investor calls.
• Solid base in financial modeling, market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with term sheets, cap tables and due diligence.
• AI-native: comfortable with Claude, ChatGPT and no-code automations; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint/GSU.

Responsabilidades

• Fundraising and LP support: draft updates, recaps, outreach and data room materials.
• Research and diligence: build market maps, investment theses and market sizing.
• Deal support: coordinate diligence and manage deal materials and cap tables.
• Written communication: convert meetings into precise recaps and investor materials.
