Kinship Ventures is seeking an Investment Analyst to support capital formation and investment work for a remote, worldwide team. The role combines fundraising materials, market research, and diligence in a client-focused writing environment.

You will build market maps, investment theses, and support data room materials, while coordinating diligence and drafting recaps for LPs, founders, and co-investors. Strong English writing and financial modeling are essential.

Formación

• 2 to 3 years in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, startup ops or strategy, or a founder's office.
• Direct exposure to fundraising, investor relations or LP communications.
• Exceptional written English and credibility on calls with senior investors. Writing is a primary filter for this role.
• A solid base in financial modeling, market sizing, competitive analysis and accounting fundamentals, plus working familiarity with term sheets, cap tables and diligence.
• AI-native: fluent in Claude, ChatGPT, Notion and no-code automations, plus Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Sharp investment judgment: you form a point of view instead of just assembling data, you track everything and you finish what you start.

Responsabilidades

• Fundraising and LP support: draft updates, recaps and outreach, keep LP pipeline current and help build fund decks, data room materials and newsletters.
• Research and diligence: build market maps, thematic research and investment theses, run primary research calls, support market sizing and financial analysis.
• Deal support: coordinate diligence, data requests and document tracking, keep deal materials and cap tables current.
• Written communication: turn meetings into accurate recaps and draft materials for LPs, founders and co-investors.
