Realize Impact is seeking an Investment Coordinator to support the PHIG and Investment Partnerships programs. You will manage onboarding, records, and reporting while acting as a secondary contact for donor-investors and partners.

The role spans operations, communications, and analytics, contributing to scalable impact. A strong coordinator with attention to detail will thrive in a mission-driven, remote team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of PHIG & Investment Partnerships programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and setup of PHIG participants, donor-investors, and partners.
• Maintain accurate program records, documentation, and tracking systems.
• Support due diligence and preparation of materials for Investment Committee review.
• Serve as a secondary operational contact for donor-investors, investees, and partners.
• Coordinate donation processing, investment administration, and related program activities.
• Support monitoring program metrics and reporting.
• Assist with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
