ComCap Holdings LLC is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support end-to-end execution of client transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising initiatives. You will prepare pitchbooks, conduct industry research, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality analyses and materials.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about finance and investment banking, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking or related fields.
• Previous exposure to M&A transactions or internships preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for client-facing materials.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ or PitchBook is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support M&A and fundraising transactions with financial analyses and documentation.
• Develop sell-side pitch materials for client mandates.
• Prepare slides and presentations for client meetings.
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research for insights.
• Gather data and assist in executing transactions (M&A, IPOs, PE).
• Assist senior bankers in business development and pipeline growth.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
