Formación

• 2-3 years of experience with LinkedIn recruiting, scheduling, or HR support preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines.
• Passionate about finding top talent.

Responsabilidades

• Create and post recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Conduct first and second-round interviews with applicants.
• Manage candidate tracking and documentation in our CRM.
• Update applicant information in Google Drive and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the internal team.
• Support administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.
