UPS is hiring in Medellín, Colombia for a customer service role focused on delivering excellent service and value to customers by following processes and providing solutions that enable growth. This permanent, full-time position runs Monday to Friday with a fixed shift pattern and requires 42 hours per week; teleworking 100% within Medellín and the metropolitan area.

Candidates should have strong communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; English at least 70%

• Assist customers with questions about packages and collaborate to find delivery solutions.

• Meet or exceed KPI metrics (Customer Survey Scores, Quality, Customer Impact Time, etc.).
• Submit ideas and solutions to improve the UPS experience.
