Formación

• Prior experience obtaining benefit information and prior authorizations in a physical therapy setting is required.
• Familiarity with Availity, Inovalon, My Ability, and United Healthcare portal is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal English.
