Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to assist patients and referring physicians. You will register new patients, update demographics, schedule, reschedule, cancel, and verify insurance using Epic, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements include at least 1 year in customer service, call center experience preferred, strong English, and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment; remote day

Formación

• At least 1 year of direct customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of health insurance guidelines is helpful.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming lines to assist patients and referring offices using CT procedures.
• Register new patients, update demographics, schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments.
• Verify patient insurance and enter messages into Epic; coordinate with internal teams.
