Formación

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or success roles in insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage high volume inquiries with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-class support to insurance software clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Onboard customers and manage data migration with accuracy.
• Maintain records and deliver data-driven insights for success metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback.
