Job summary

Andela is seeking an experienced Technical Training Instructor (AI) to lead practical learning experiences for mid-level and senior engineers. You will teach AI-assisted coding workflows using Claude Code and related tools in a live learning environment.

Remote delivery in Spanish with occasional onsite workshops in Colombia (Medellín), travel costs covered. Strong background in Fullstack, Backend, DevOps or Cloud engineering is welcome, with a focus on clear coaching and student progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Fullstack/Backend/DevOps or Cloud engineering.
• Experience teaching, training, coaching or mentoring others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and hands-on sessions for engineers adopting AI-assisted development.
• Guide learners in environment setup, prompting, and agentic workflows with Claude Code and related tools.
• Deliver practical learning on topics like multi-agent orchestration and MCP integrations.
