You will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage AI tools to scale training, and drive continuous improvement in learning strategies. The role requires 5+ years in instructional design and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Education requirement as listed: bachelor's in ID/education/HR/L&D or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a research-oriented instructional designer.
• Strong design and facilitation skills with proficiency in learning technologies.
• Experience with non-ADDIE methodologies like Agile or SAM.
• Ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and analyze learning metrics.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for learning asset development and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design learner-centered instructional materials and experiences for synchronous and asynchronous delivery.
• Deliver training with learner-centric approaches and strong facilitation.
• Adopt new technologies and industry trends to innovate learning solutions.
• Track analytics for sessions, content, and facilitators to assess effectiveness.
• Manage learning projects end-to-end with clear timelines and SOPs.
• Enable AI to enhance quality, scalability, and productivity of learning solutions.
