UNIS seeks an AI Coach/Teacher to help individuals and teams build practical fluency with AI tools. You will design live sessions and self-paced content, teach prompting, tool selection, and workflow integration, and help learners apply AI responsibly across industries.

This fully remote role serves learners across time zones, breaking down complex ideas, creating curricula, and providing personalized coaching aligned to each learner's goals and pace.

Formación

• Strong teaching or coaching experience with adults (formal or informal).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.
• Comfort with video conferencing tools and remote collaboration platforms.

Overview

We're looking for an AI Coach / Teacher to help individuals and teams build practical, confident fluency with artificial intelligence tools. In this role, you won't just explain what AI is - you'll teach people how to actually use it: prompting effectively, integrating AI into daily workflows, understanding its capabilities and limitations, and building healthy, productive habits around these tools. This is a fully remote position. You'll work with learners across different time zones, skill levels, and industries, delivering both live sessions and self-paced content.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions on AI literacy and applied AI skills (e.g., prompt engineering, tool selection, workflow integration)
• Break down complex AI concepts into clear, approachable language for non-technical learners
• Create curricula, exercises, and assessments that track real skill growth
• Stay current on major AI tools and platforms (LLMs, coding assistants, automation tools, etc.) and translate new developments into practical teaching material
• Provide personalized feedback and coaching based on each learner's goals and pace

Minimum Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of major AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and how to use them effectively in real-world tasks
• Demonstrated experience teaching, training, tutoring, or coaching adults (formal or informal)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to explain technical concepts simply
• Comfort with video conferencing tools and remote collaboration platforms
• Self-directed and organized; able to manage your own schedule and deliverables in a remote environment

Preferred Requirements

• Genuine curiosity about AI and a habit of continuously learning as the field evolves
• Background in instructional design, education, corporate training, or curriculum development
• Experience with prompt engineering or building AI-powered workflows/automations
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or cohort-based course platforms
• Public speaking, workshop facilitation, or content creation experience (video, writing, etc.)
