You will be the first contact for interested patients, quickly connecting with leads, explaining services, and helping them book appointments with audiologists.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based role requiring responsive communication, trust-building, and target-driven performance within a remote setup.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in phone-based or inside sales.
• Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills.
• Experience using CRM to manage leads and track activities.
• Ability to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond to new inbound leads within 60 seconds during your shift.
