Jobandtalent is seeking a Remote Vetting Coordinator based in Colombia to support our UK recruitment operations. You will conduct video calls for identity checks, assess Modern Slavery and compliance questions, and document findings using Firstwork.

You will work remotely, meet productivity targets, and help improve AI verification tools while ensuring regulatory alignment. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and reliable internet.

Formación

• Ability to conduct video calls for identity verification.
• Familiar with compliance and UK recruitment standards.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity verification.
• Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting-related questions during candidate interviews.
• Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate assessments.
• Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and compliance regulations.
• Meet clear productivity targets (calls per hour/day/week) while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes.
• Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidate checks.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment.
