Jeeves, the global fintech platform, seeks a detail-oriented KYC/B Onboarding Analyst based in Bogotá. This full-time hybrid role blends case review with building AI-powered automations to streamline onboarding across NAM, EMEA, and LATAM.

You'll assess applications, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Account Management while maintaining rigorous audit trails and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or related fields.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese; English required.
• Fintech/banking experience desirable.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT concepts, corporate structures, or sanctions screening.
• Comfort using multiple platforms and learning new AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and process KYC/KYB applications across NAM, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Manage and prioritize your ticket queue in HubSpot and escalate blockers as needed.
• Automate the flows themselves: use Claude and internal tools to build, test, and maintain automations for repetitive review, data gathering, and reporting steps.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and redesign workflows while safeguarding controls and audit integrity.
• Connect the dots across parallel org priorities and reprioritize your queue as the picture changes.
• Conduct risk assessments on individuals and businesses, identifying red flags.
• Gather and verify supporting documents from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work across multiple internal platforms to track, verify, and complete onboarding cases.
• Develop familiarity with regional compliance requirements and stay current as regulations evolve.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Account Management to resolve escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with internal policies.
