Unknown HVAC Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Support & Service Coordinator to act as the bridge between customers, technicians, and management. You will manage daily ServiceTitan workflows, communicate with clients, and help move overdue accounts forward.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing office environment, familiarity with payments, and strong English communication. ET availability and occasional weekend coverage are expected.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, office coordination, or administrative support in a home-service setting (HVAC/plumbing/electrical).
• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, or payment follow-up is required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service/scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails; provide professional, timely support.
• Log customer and job details in ServiceTitan; schedule and dispatch technicians.
• Follow up with customers on completed jobs; provide updates on parts orders and outstanding work.
• Assist with accounts receivable, collections, and maintaining accurate payment status records.
