Arctic Fox Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and help coordinate field technicians. You will be the calm, helpful voice customers remember, balancing service needs with accurate information and timely updates.

This remote, Latin America–based role features a fixed weekend schedule (likely Thursday–Sunday), about 40 hours weekly, with base pay of $10–$15 per hour plus incentives.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or call-center roles.
• Strong spoken and written English for calls and scheduling.
• Professional telephone presence with empathy.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Familiarity with scheduling software or web-based systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Gather accurate information and identify customer needs.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and estimate appointments.
• Convert qualified calls into booked appointments.
• Coordinate technician schedules and service areas.
• Communicate appointment details to customers and field staff.
• Enter customer data into ServiceTitan.
• Follow up on missed calls and unbooked opportunities.
• Resolve scheduling issues and maintain service levels.
