INSIDEA is a fully remote company hiring top talents worldwide to deliver HubSpot and digital marketing solutions. We partner with clients to design scalable HubSpot ecosystems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You will lead onboarding and implementation, configure CRM, automate processes, and provide training. Strong HubSpot and RevOps experience, plus project management, are essential.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of HubSpot onboarding/implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales & Service Hub.
• Experience in CRM migrations, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects.
• Configure CRM, pipelines, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Conduct discovery and customize portals.
• Design scalable CRM and RevOps solutions.
• Improve efficiency through automation.
• Manage data migration and CRM hygiene.
• Support integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead client trainings and onboarding sessions.
• Drive adoption and optimization.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams.
