Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders across the organization to drive engagement, performance, and talent development in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This remote role supports managers and employees, ensuring compliant HR processes and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience, strong knowledge of HR policies, and proficiency with Workday and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in fast-paced orgs.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and labor regulations.
• Experience supporting managers with complex employee relations matters.
• Proficiency with HR systems including Workday and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change initiatives and workforce effectiveness programs.
• Act as primary HR point of contact for assigned departments and leadership teams.
• Update scorecards and performance tracking information in BloomGrowth.
• Maintain personnel records and internal HR documentation.
• Assist with talent development planning and employee discipline recommendations.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including engagement and performance activities.
• Collaborate with managers to create employee cases and facilitate feedback discussions.
• Conduct onboarding and induction calls for new hires.
