Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR activities across our international team. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations with a focus on delivering a smooth and compliant employee experience.

You’ll partner with managers worldwide, drive policies, performance discussions, and benefits coordination, while thriving in a dynamic, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, Generalist or People Ops.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR admin.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews.
• Prepare clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for HR questions and policies.
• Assist with performance management and development initiatives.
• Support HR policy implementation and process improvements.
• Coordinate benefits and time-off tracking.
• Organize HR activities with agile methods.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams.
