Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a remote HR onboarding specialist to support a fully remote, US-oriented workforce. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain org structures, manage employee relations, and assist with training records, communications, and payroll support.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration, 2+ years in HR or onboarding, strong organization, excellent written/verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, admin support, or onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and systems access are in place.
• Maintain and update the company’s organisational structure
• Assist in managing day-to-day employee relations
• Support the planning and tracking of company training initiatives, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
• Help draft and distribute internal communications
• Provide payroll support
• Enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with weekly HR reporting

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.
