Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive, relevant experience including cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau).
• Strong data analytics understanding and ability to explain data models to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT concepts to support HR and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports using Snowflake/AWS and Tableau.
• Own components of data models, dashboards, or pipelines with data integrity.
• Use LLM prompts for analytics and unstructured data processing.
• Clean, structure, and validate data from multiple sources with consistency.
• Troubleshoot data issues using standard debugging and query optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into visualizations and reports.
• Document processes and SOPs to align ownership and decisions.
