The client empowers companies worldwide with the visibility and control they need to spend smarter and safer. They provide a unified, cloud-based spend management platform that connects hundreds of organizations representing the Americas, EMEA, and APAC with millions of suppliers globally. Partnering with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COE), the Analyst supports the implementation of data solutions that empower the modern workforce. With a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail, this role is instrumental in executing programs that support the company’s strategic plan and in providing the foundational analytics that drive the overall HR strategy.

  • A reputation for data accuracy and keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach to partnering with multiple stakeholders and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured way.
  • The ability to work with general guidance on routine work and take more specific direction on new or ambiguous tasks.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take a thoughtful, data-driven approach to develop meaningful and practical solutions that are simple yet effective.
Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot data issues using standard debugging and query optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate regularly with peers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements for analytics interventions and reporting requests.
  • Translate basic business needs into data visualizations and reports, contributing to solutions for our internal partners.
  • Document processes and standard operating procedures to identify and align stakeholders on clear ownership of activities and decisions related to data.
  • Handle sensitive company and employee data with absolute confidentiality and maintain high standards of professional conduct.
