J.S. Held LLC is seeking a Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead to advance people analytics, HR compliance, data governance, and HR technology strategy across global locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication across global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to define system requirements involving fields, data structures, workflows, integrations, security, reporting, and controls.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations with people analytics, HR compliance, reporting, or data governance.
• Strong HR technology experience including solution design across core HRIS, recruiting, learning, performance, or compensation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Define, document, and track KPIs with HR and business leaders.
• Build and validate dashboard prototypes in Power BI and support enterprise implementation.
