You will oversee the customer support team's daily operations, mentor team members, and improve processes. Experience in managing remote teams and familiarity with help desk software such as Zendesk and Salesforce are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service Management or Leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing remote or distributed teams.
